OAS is specialised in redeveloping existing towers of the Dutch Waarschuwings- en Alarmerings-Systeem (WAS) into a tower that can be used for both sirens and mobile communications.

Advise on health issues related to Electro-Magnetic Fields transmitted by antennas of mobile networks and broadcasting stations.

Advise on sharing of sites of the government and redeveloping existing site locations of the government.

Advise on a national antenna policy including advising on health issues related to Electro-Magnetic Fields transmitted by antennas used in telecommunications and broadcasting systems and developing a database in which all technical and other relevant information on antennas can be stored.
