Oxperts Consultancy is a Dutch based consultancy firm that has specialized in regulatory, economical, financial and technology issues surrounding licensing processes in telecommunications, broadcasting post and energy.

Originally started in 1999 as a company specialized in advisory services related to auctions of telecommunication licenses, Oxperts Consultancy has evolved towards a more specialized knowledge and expertise of liberalization and transition processes in telecommunications, broadcasting, postal and energy markets.

Oxperts Consultancy has advised and is advising ministries, telecommunications and postal regulators, institutions and operators in Europe, Africa, Asia and South-America, including small scale economies in the Caribbean.

In recent years Oxperts Consultancy has also become active in the field of energy and potable water (utilities). Oxperts Consultancy is developing and implementing (durable) energy and water policies and related issues, conducting feasibility studies, non-revenue water studies and performing management for implementing large scale projects in the field of durable energy. 

Oxperts Consultancy is also active in the field of liberalizing gaming markets and all aspects surrounding licensing processes in land based gaming and e-Gaming, including assigning these licences

Oxperts Consultancy is the successor company of Ox Auction Experts, a former subsidiary of the international branch of the Dutch triple A-rated Rabobank.

The holding company of Oxperts Consultancy is 50% shareholder of Oxperts Antenna Sites B.V., a company specialised in redeveloping towers of the Dutch "Waarschuwings- en AlarmeringsSysteem" (WAS) into towers that can also be used by mobile operators. In 2012 Oxperts Antenna Sites started to implement this very innovative and proprietary concept. Currently Oxperts Antenna Sites has implemented a dozen of masts amongst others in Beuningen, Nijmegen, Appeltern, Rijsen-Holten, Varsseveld, Den Bosch, Beek-Ubbergen, Vlieland and Mariahout and hosts a few dozen of antennas of an IoT-provider.
